Chibi Base

Wooh! My first Base!! I was asked by a couple of my friends if I knew how to make a base...and i kept telling them I didn't know how to. I finally sat down and thought how to make one. showed me a trick how to take only what I want out of a picture with the select button. I tried it myself and here is the result!! yay!! after all the base art I have done...I finally have made one myself!! woot!! I didn't do shading on the face because I didn't want to ruin it. so if you can add it...be my guest. Enjoy!!

Edit~ Just a slight line that was bothering me.
